We were awarded this contract to provide Construction and Project Management services to the San Francisco VA (SFVA) Capital Planning and Development (CP&D) Project Managers. SFVA has experienced several delays on key construction projects and necessary studies and analyses due to substantial Engineering staff shortages and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) over the past five years.

 

Our team will provide technical expertise in professional disciplines through the lifecycle of the project as well as provide quality control in construction execution, including studies, analyses, reviewing, logging, monitoring, and archiving construction submittals and Requests for Information (RFI’s).
