
Chris Hopkins, CCM, PMP, LEED AP BD+C
Chris is the founder and President of SIRIS, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned company that specializes in commercial construction management and advising non-profit organizations who are looking to launch, optimize, and grow.
Chris is a loving husband, and father of four beautiful kids. His passion for Jesus and people has led him to pursue various justice initiatives in his career. Chris is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with an Electrical Engineering degree. He served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps specializing in advising foreign militaries. He deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and following his deployments, Chris served as a special military advisor to the United Nations, US Institute for Peace, and USAID nation-building task force.
After 10 years of military service and 10 years in the construction industry, Chris Hopkins formed SIRIS in 2017. He began working in construction in the military in Iraq and saw the impact that development can have on people’s lives first hand. His experience includes highly sophisticated construction projects, including museums, labs, and healthcare projects. He has contributed toward the development of over 2 million square feet of new construction and renovation projects totaling over
$1 billion in construction cost.

Glen Hopkins, AIA
Glen Hopkins is a vice president and principal at SIRIS. He has over 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including 30 years of experience leading museum and cultural projects for both public and private organizations.
He has contributed toward the development of over 10 million square feet of new construction and renovation projects in eight states, the District of Columbia and one foreign country. His projects have received numerous awards for design, craftsmanship, sustainability, and historic preservation.

Dennis Milsten, CCM
Dennis Milsten is the Director of Federal Project at SIRIS. He has 40 years’ experience which includes a diverse background in capital program management, construction quality management, construction procurement and business development in both the public and private sectors.
His government experience includes service in three federal department to include Army (US Army Corps of Engineers), Veterans Affairs (Office of Construction and Facilities Management) and Treasury (Office of Procurement). Mr. Milsten led the Department of Veterans Affairs’ major projects design and construction program for hospitals and cemeteries across the US. Mr. Milsten has also served as an instructor is the US Army Corps of Engineers Prospect Program for Construction Contract Administration and Construction Quality Management.
