The Lytle Aquatic Center is a 9,000 square foot, 6 lane 25-yard facility with a 1-meter and 3-meter spring board. When the structure failed during a heavy snow the project was put on hold and SIRIS was brought in to help Warren Wilson Colleg get the project back on track safely and cost effectively. We helped manage the design and construction of the aquatic facility, along with the locker rooms, lobby, gym, and support facilities at their recreation center. We also worked with the County to develop support for the revised design to be open to the county residents as a part of a public private partnership.
