South Pacific and Southwestern Divisions Border Infrastructure Program

South Pacific and SW Division  | August 2020-2025

SIRIS and APSI (prime) was recently selected to provide construction phase services for the US. Army Corps of Engineers, South Pacific and Southwestern Divisions in support of the Border Infrastructure Program. This will support various construction activities along the southern border of the United States by providing quality assurance services during the building of the border barrier and associated structures in support of the Border Infrastructure Program.


The work will consist of tasks such as: quality assurance surveillance, reporting requirements, project scheduling, safety compliance, project coordination, construction management functions, construction compliance reviews, attend weekly and monthly QA meetings and administration support. The work will primarily occur in the California Corridor encompassing areas south of San Diego, the Tucson and Yuma Corridor in Arizona, the El Paso/Southern New Mexico Corridor and the South Texas/Gulf Corridor encompassing the McAllen, TX area. The southwest border land forms vary along the border and are a combination of flat and rolling hills (at various grades), some mountainous terrain, valleys, and agricultural plots. Most of the southwest border is located in the Chihuahuan and Sonoran Desert.

This contract is also available for CM Support for Interagency Programs and other USACE led projects as required.
