4100 North Fairfax is a 267,500 sf, 13 floor office building. With two main lobby entratnces leading into a two story arcade and a courtyard, the property makes quite an impression. Stone flooring, wood paneled walls and first class amenities combine to make 4100 North Fairfax stand out in the Arlington skyline. 

Architectural pre-cast and glass curtain wall with distinctive ornament metal parapet design. Approximately 20,590 square feet per floor with 9'-0" finished ceiling height and column free space from the window line to the core. Single tenant efficiency factors of 8.7%. The building is designed with two Main Lobby entrances. The cast entrance opens to a two-story arcade on North Randolph Street leading to North Fairfax Drive. The west entrance opens to an arcade and courtyard leading to North Fairfax Drive and the Metrorail station one block away. Main Lobby finishes include stone flooring, wood paneled walls and drywall ceilings with recessed lighting. Elevator cabs have finished glass walls and carpeted floors. Toilet room finishes include tiled walls and floors with granite lavatory tops.

4100 North Fairfax achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) Gold certification for existing buildings operations and maintenance through the US Green Building Council (USGBC) in 2012. The LEED Green Building Rating System is a voluntary, consensus-based, market-driven, building rating system based on existing proven technology which evaluates environmental performance from a whole-building perspective, providing a definite standard for what constitutes a green building.
